I am impressed with your gemstone jewelry collection. I purchased 2 gemstone rings from your store. One was a beautiful Blue Ceylon Sapphire Pendant and another was a gorgeous Red Burmese Ruby Ring. You were very courteous and helpful. You steered me to the rings that were better than the ones I originally liked. You were a great help to a person who did not know anything about gemstones. It was a learning experience and now I feel like an expert!

Everything went off without a hitch. She absolutely loves the ring. I can’t thank you and your people enough. You have a customer for life…maybe not a big ticket item customer, but a customer nonetheless.
